Why does Mondo keep violating the DNR rule when I try to respect his forum and not cause any problems on his forum?

Why did Mondo try to use a different handle and different IP address to violate the DNR rule? Is that ethical? Is it smart? He is an admin. He should know how these forums work. He should know an IP is not the only way to identify people here.

Is it ethical for Mondo to impersonate other posters? Mondo is the only one on the forum who uses a Samsung device. His device shows up in the forum log even when he changes his IP address. Mondo is not as smart as he tries to act. If he was really smart about the internet, he would realize I can recognize him based on what device he uses. I can recognize his device even when he tries to hide behind a different handle and different IP address. [boldface mine]

Usually I just delete his violations, but that is not stopping him. Maybe it will be more effective for me to call him out and condemn his posting behavior.

Ken certainly sees the problem, and I think he knows what to do.  He’s simply hesitant to do it.  A very good post, and hopefully a warning.

No sooner than you call me out, a codependent troll named "observer" chimed in with a hypocritical ad hominem attack on me. [isn’t that a long-time poster on YOUR board?]

Meanwhile, you let your other posters unload on each other, tell each other "GFY", "FOAD", etc.

You don't have the balls and discipline to regulate your pals, so you let them run all over other posters. The attacks on jb, GOG and other posters over the years have been off the charts. [you and GOG are the two worst trolls there, have been for years.  Ask Merlin.]

I realize that jb is repetitive, but all too often, when he posts, instead of those who chronically complain about his repetitiveness just ignoring his post, they will engage in long, abusive, derisive threads towards him as they codependently cackle to each other.

I initiated most of the DNRs that are listed by me below, and I did it in an effort to eliminate abusive posts by THEM. [lie] Yet, day in and day out, your DNRed friends make indirect DNR-violating slurs about me, they dive-bomb my posts ... they troll for conflict. And YOU, sir, do nothing about it. I occasionally eMail you about them, and you tell me that they are basically good people. Basically good people do not post 49 pages in a dark dungeon filled with thousands of demonic, vitriolic posts about me and my friends. But, your friends do. [every page a discussion of your own misbehavior]

Your board has earned the respect that I give it. It is obvious that many others display the same level of respect in a different way, by viciously attacking each other, making repeated political posts, and trolling for conflict.   [go away, then.]

No, the ‘difference’ is that Ken is a decent guy who would no doubt like for responsible posters on his board to police themselves, while you’re a whiny little schoolgirl who wets herself every  time someone dares to criticize her clothes, makeup or hairdo.

That unfolding mess is why we chose registration. 

We simply ran out of time and patience having to do clean up every day, often awakening
in the morning to find very old, no longer relevant threads resurrected to top of the board,
always done by the same person using a variety of aliases, ip addresses, proxies, and
devices to circumvent any block imposed. Like an alpha bull leading or dragging a small
herd of bull somethings, they attracted various biting flies who hovered around biting at
will. That became the dominant board activity and contribution. 

Sometimes the perp name was nothing more than a . and in a shelf breaking, vitiolic flame war
it was hard to see and find, and then delete so the thread could sink back down into the
old history where it belonged. 

Resurrection of this same kind of flame war ongoing for years across several boards and
platforms were proof I needed to know little to nothing was learned, or changed. I tried
to appeal and set a better example, but finally gave up.

SJW aka Mugwump is a better musician than me, with wholly superior training. MF's disparagement of him was reminiscent of how he disparaged me before he learned my talent. I tried to warn, or caution him, and he not only didn't listen, he didn't even begin to consider what I wrote. That told me a very disappointing reality about his value of friendship.I doubt mf will be able to repair THAT damage with SJW. This rage he is on will end poorly for him.

It was inevitable.  Especially after his response to Ken last night that has since been deleted (it can be found here in an earlier post).  What a NERVE he has to respond to the board owner (Ken) that way and expect to stay there. Unbelievable.

Indeed, it was.  Most folks would tone it down when they noticed a lot of deletions and scoldings for behavior on a board.  Not mongo.  He thinks that he is SPECIAL and "above the rules and laws."  Just like his hero, tRUMP.

He'll ultimately go down the same way that tRUMP currently is. Karma ALWAYS catches up to people.
 

Well, I, too, saw it coming a mile away. 

In fact, a few pages back, when greenman was saying that he figured that mongo would DNR him the SECOND he returned to R&E in the coming weeks, I told him not to worry about it because mongo would likely already be banned for the rest of the year by then.  No insider knowledge, just his banishment history and being able to see his butt getting far too big for his britches, so expecting him to cross swords with Ken soon.

And he did.  LOL.

No doubt, we ALL saw it coming.  **chuckle**  It's not like he's EVER made a whole year without being booted.  In fact, I don't think that he's ever made a HALF year.

How utterly predictable.  Of course he thinks that NO ONE SAW what he wrote to Ken or the things that he did on R&E that got him banished for the rest of the year.

He NEVER takes responsibility for ANYTHING. 

However, even his own sycophants can read what actually happened right here in his own (now deleted) words.

He's beyond pathetic.  WE didn't get him banished.  HE DID.

As for his violation of Ken's trust  by revealing part of Ken's email to him, Ken, DID, in fact, contact me about exactly that.  So mongo has NOT managed to create a chasm between Ken and I.  Ken is honest and forthright.  There's no secret as to how he feels about this board.  He told me straight out.  No problem. 

However, I'm betting there WILL be a problem for mongo with Ken not trusting him AT ALL going forward given how many times he's violated his private emails and comments.
 

mongo simply CANNOT recognize his own responsibility for ANYTHING.  He behaves atrociously wherever he goes, but blames others for his bans as if he is somehow a victim rather than the one causing his own problems and bans.

mongo does spend a LOT of time over here.  When I bother to look, there are always a ton of them.  I'm simply not interested enough to actually keep a running total of them.  Although, if I was motivated, I suppose that I could go back through emailed reports I get weekly with the accumulated data to add them up.  Maybe one day.

His ‘goodbyes’ to the Alley (a place no one asked him to be in the FIRST place) are less than convincing…
