It appears that the R&E Political Board has begun its downward slide into oblivion.
Original R&E has NOT lost its politics, as anticipated and they are all getting away with it besides. So why switch boards to have their say when their targets aren't going over there either?
Its only REAL appeal was putting together major extreme viewpoints and letting the fireworks explode. However, the biggest whiner-extremist took his ball and went home and none of the others like him bothered to join to begin with. They already have a place.
It wasn't Ken's intent to have fireworks, but I can't imagine how he could have possibly believed it would be civil or respectful discussion overall given the track record of every other attempt that allowed mongo in the mix. greenman did his best to be civil as did some of the others, but mongo absolutely did NOT, letting loose with multiple profanities and rule-breaking posts (as he ALWAYS does when allowed on a board). Some are still there! He loves to dish it out, but he totally cannot handle disagreement, cascades into blatant disrespect and then always explodes!
Amusing, to say the least. Ken may have deleted my 2 year old post saying that the board would implode in no time, but my words and prediction still ring true!
Of course, NEW blood may show up, out of the blue, in the form of sock puppets of "you know who", but that'll just prolong the death spiral.
Why do I care? I really don't care very much aside of the fact that Ken DELIBERATELY stole Blue's ENTIRE COLOR SCHEME as a "F*** you" to us, so this is the same back at him.

WHY bother re-opening it to begin with?
Why not just "let" posters on R&E post politics again since many of them are doing it ANYWAY?
I no longer report them to him, Trish no longer "works there", so most of them simply stay there.
If HE wants politics there, well, it is HIS board, so just do it already. Who cares?
I only reported them to him and avoided them to comply with HIS wishes. I have ZERO skin in what he does there.

I don't know who said insanity is repetition of the same experiment and procedure with expectation of different results. It's true.
When I quit R&E, for the first few days it was hard. It was part of a routine. But I resisted
the temptation, even to just look. The hole filled, curiosity and desire eased, and now I have
zero curiosity about any of it. I know all too well what went on there before goes on now and
will continue to go on indefinitely. Walk away from it. Give them each other to fight and be mean to.
They'll do it because that is their nature. In all these years it hasn't changed at all.

Yeah, he does that. He told me that he was banning me for the month of December because of posts I made HERE. After all of the help I gave him for YEARS? And AFTER his betrayals posting his demand that I change Blue to suit HIM! I NEVER made such demands on him and never posted criticism of him on his or mongo's boards. Plus I was very careful what I said about him here.
So THAT crap ended our friendship. Then he deleted the link to Blue AND changed his new board to OUR colors.
I remember when he inexplicably declared you perma-banned for arguments OFF LINE, nothing to do with onboard behavior and used you and GOG's equal misbehavior as an excuse to onlyban you. He totally forgot what it was even about but still kept you banned for another year+ until I finally convinced him to give you another chance. Then he perma-banned you AGAIN for what GOG and mobgo constantly did triggering you into blowing up.
He is inconsistent and terribly unreasonable, plus basically clueless about human interactions and the undercurrents and nuances involved.
He now is failing to recognize mongo/curious George's BLAME in every problem there.

I've complained that, while Ken had posted a criticism of 'too much abuse here' to me (although not directly AT me), he refuses to offer any criticism of Mongo's various identities at all. Heard nothing.
GTG (whom I assumed was GOG, but not sure now) is now trolling and spamming childishly. This is what the TrumpReich does - ruin what they cannot subvert. These people don't want discussion, or disagreement at all.
I expect it'll end at the end of the month, so who cares..

Indeed, they certainly were/are.
Yes, he is vermin. However, he lays on the "charm" and "sweetness" when you first meet him. He praises with ridiculously over-the-top compliments for as long as you are on his side or "pals".
Cross him and INSTANTLY, you are evil personified. We were friends once, until I figured out what he is and how he operates. Then, when I criticized and complained about some crap he pulled, he turned on a dime and demonized me. Still, he'd get nostalgic and post compliments to me and/or my kids whom he very much likes, expecting me to soften up and "get back in line". I wouldn't. So, after several attempts, he got REALLY ugly and began calling me names. Suggesting that I run around with other men. Have major psychotic issues. Dominate and command men to do my bidding. IOW, idiotic crap.
THAT'S how someone could be friendly... until they get to really know him. Some simply pretend friendship because it isn't worth the bother of putting him in his place since they seldom interact, iffen you get my drift. LOL
